Services Provided:

• Maintain and manage an inventory of all state leased property.
• Assist state agencies in locating property to acquire by performing research and preparing site selection reports.
• Assist in drafting lease agreements.
• Negotiate lease agreement terms for state agencies/offices.
• Review and make recommendations on the approval/disapproval of all real property leases.
• Communicate with building owners on leases for state agencies.
• Assist/advise the Director of Finance in allocating available space and acquiring new space.
• Establish long-range plans for state space needs.
• Assist the Division of Facilities Management (DFM) in managing state-owned properties in the Capitol Complex in Montgomery.
